How does GogoCash protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings. Subscriber text messaging originator opt-in data and consent details will not be shared with any third parties not required for our everyday business purposes except when explicitly authorized by the subscriber.
How does GogoCash collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
  • Apply for a loan
  • Give us your income information
  • Tell us where to send the money
  • Provide account information
  • Provide employment information

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates or other companies.
Why can't I limit all sharing? You have the right to limit only:
  • sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
What happens when I limit sharing for an account that I hold jointly with someone else? Your choices will apply to everyone on your account.
Text Messaging Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Definitions
Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.
  • Our affiliates include other business entities of the Tonto Apache Tribe.
Non-affiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
